For UK mainland shipping it will take up to two working days, international shipping timeframes may differ.

How much does shipping cost?

A service includes VAT and is subject to each model. Please contact Crown Watches for a cost here.

How long does it take to have a timepiece serviced?

As each service request is considered independently, you will be informed of the estimated repair time once your timepiece has been physically examined. As a reference, a complete service usually takes around 14 working days.

How long is the warranty of my timepiece? 

Purchasing a timepiece from Crown Watches provides you with a 1 year guarantee from the date of purchase.

After a service, will my timepiece benefit from a 1 year warranty?

All timepieces repaired directly through Crown Watches benefit from a 1 year warranty from the date of completion of repairs.
