Payment

Payment can be made either on our Online-Store or by transfer/Cash on collection. Cash payments can be made up to a maximum of £2500.00 only.

All payments made on www.crownwatchesltd.com are processed through PayPal, Using a secure checkout page. The website is also SSL* secure. The purchase of the buyer will be covered with PayPal Buyer Protection if they have an existing PayPal account even if they check out as a guest.

shipping/collection

All items will be shipped within 2 working days of payment being received and cleared. It will then be shipped tracked and insured up to the selected amount for next day delivery (UK mainland only). To collect an item purchased online please get in contact.

All purchases from Crown Watches come with a 14 day money back guarantee**.

12 Month Warranty

All watches purchased from Crown Watches come with a standard 12 month warranty. The warranty begins from the day of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing and mechanical defects only. Normal wear and tear or damage to the watch, bracelet or clasp caused by accidents or mishandling are also excluded. Unless advised in the description, submersion in water will not be covered***. Any modifications or third party interventions of a watch will also invalidate the warranty. We do not cover theft or loss of a watch.

*SSL stands for Secure Sockets Layer and, in short, it's the standard technology for keeping an internet connection secure and safeguarding any sensitive data that is being sent between two systems, preventing criminals from reading and modifying any information transferred, including potential personal details.

**Any damage, third party intervention or adding/removing parts will void the terms of sale.
